Cabbage Pickle
Ingredients :
- Vegetables: Cabbage and Green chillies
- Salt and Lemon juice for taste
- Curry leaves and corriander leaves
- Seasoning stuff
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp Dry roasted and powdered cumin seeds ( for yogurt chutney)
Preparation :
Finely chop cabbage, green chillies and corriander leaves into small pieces 1 to 2cm in size.
Heat oil in a pan
Add cabbage, curryleaves to onions and add a pinch of salt for taste.
- Now Add curry leaves
- Add seasoning stuff to the cut cabbage pieces
- Add Salt and Lemon juice for taste
Cabbage Pickle is very easy to make and tastes very good with poori / chapathi / roti.
