Prepartion:
- Finely chop cabbage into small pieces 1 to 2cm in size.
Seasoning:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad, chana dal and hing to oil
- Add curry leaves
- Add seasoning stuff to the cut cabbage pieces
- Add Salt and Lemon juice for taste
Cabbage Pickle is very easy to make and tastes very good with poori / chapathi / roti.
