Grape Milk Shake
Ingredients:
Grapes - pick Red nonseeded grapes. Red and purple grapes are chock full of healthy antioxidants.
1 cup fat-free milk
2 cups fat-free no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
1. WASH the grapes in warm water.
2. PLACE grapes in blender container. Add milk and ice cream; cover.
3. BLEND on high speed until smooth.
4 SERVE chilled.
